Bart van Aardenne

Founder and CEO

Bart van Aardenne is Vinculums’ founder and chief executive officer. Since the company’s inception in 2000, Bart has instilled in Vinculums a culture of appreciation for its employees and a commitment to excellence, resulting in a motivated, high-performing workforce.

Within eight years of its founding, Vinculums appeared on the Inc. 500 list of fastest-growing companies in America. While Bart has charted a path of aggressive growth for the company, he is passionate about remaining true to the core principles of quality, communication, value, environment, and business ethics.

Bart’s technical prowess, formal education (a B.A. in economics from the University of California at Santa Cruz), and experience with AirTouch International provide him with a strong foundation in global wireless telecommunications management. He has worked in Asia and Europe and is fluent in Dutch and English.

Bart and his wife Lee Anne are actively involved in the lives of their son and daughter. Bart, an Eagle Scout himself, serves as a leader in his son’s Boy Scout troop.

Paul Foster

President and Co-Owner

Paul Foster is Vinculums’ president and co-owner. Paul shares his expertise by providing executive management, guidance, and consultation to our operations teams on a daily basis. His industry knowledge and experience have led to sizable impacts on Vinculums’ growth by increasing profitability and improving overall processes and operations.

After earning a B.S. in Information Systems Management from University of California at Santa Cruz, Paul served on product development teams at both WebXchange and Franklin Templeton Investments before joining the Vinculums team.

Paul and his wife Sabrina are the proud parents of a son, Paul Jr. On his time off Paul enjoys the company of his family as well as playing basketball and golf with friends.

Brian Woodward

Chief Operating Officer

Brian Woodward is Vinculums’ chief operating officer. He joined the executive leadership team with a wealth of experience in leading organizations at the C level and developing talent to ensure growth. He has been a key leader in large publicly traded organizations as well as smaller private companies and has been very successful in both rapid growth and turnaround situations.

Brian has a highly successful track record for maximizing profitability and growth through focused and strategic executive management including forecasting, performance management, team building, training, development and communication. He is well versed in the private and nonprofit sectors.

Brian is also a gifted speaker and presenter: he was a public-speaking representative for the eastern United States, where he developed corporate television updates, delivered numerous budget and financial update presentations to boards, and led and facilitated countless training and development seminars to all levels of leaders.

Norm Alexander

Chief Financial Officer

Norm Alexander is chief financial officer for Vinculums. For the past 20 years, he has worked in finance/accounting leadership roles and came to Vinculums with experience as a finance executive in various industries.

Norm brings significant experience in international operations as well as mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings. He has built a strong track record of achieving significant cost savings in his organizations and spearheaded numerous initiatives to build corporate infrastructure. Norm is well versed in developing ERP systems to support corporate growth strategies.

In addition, Norm is passionate about developing strong and effective teams and partnering within the organization to define and achieve corporate goals. He has lived most of his life in Southern California but has spent three years in Australia and one in Germany.
